The worst landlord I have ever met. Has no respect whatsoever for mankind...Believes $$$ is the ultimate prize no matter what has to be done, ignored, hurt to get his big score. Has no clue to what life is all about and will for sure find out one day soon. Stay away from this guy and his apartment

He is extremely deceitful and dishonest. Do not do business with him unless you are ready to suffer major consequences. It is unfortunate that he has no respect for his tenants, members of the community at large and only thinks that the biggest trophy life has to offer is money.

Il a acheté mon immeuble locatif et a repris la gestion. Il se réfère toujours à son patron comme s'il n'est pas le propriétaire, même si je l'ai trouvé comme le principal actionnaire de la société propriétaire de mon immeuble. Il est carrément grossier. Il ignore les appels téléphoniques. Il ignore la loi en ce qui concerne l'information des locataires sur le travail important et fait le travail de toute façon quand on lui dit qu'il agit illégalement.
