This man is a total fraudster, a con artist who offered to incorporate a Canadian Company for a group of entrepreneurs, then hijacked the company, kept 100% of the Directors positions and 100% of the issued shares in the company for himself. He tried to divide and conquer the group who had asked him in good faith to set up the company. He then blackmailed everyone in the company so as to control the operations of the company. This happened to be in a professional discipline (Special Economic Zone, Airport development, dry port and Customs area, Capital city planning) and geographic area (Africa) of which he had no prior expertise whatsoever. He operates out of a store front mail drop in First Canadian Place at 100 King Street West Room 5700. He purports to be an official resident in Canada, either in Fredrickton NB, or Toronto Canada. The telephone number at this address is out of order and is no longer working. (1 416 915 3177) He was known to live recently at Avenue Louise 65, Brussels, Belgium. Tel: +32 49366556. While he lives and works permanently in Brussels, he holds no residency permit in Belgium or anywhere in the European Union. He is said to run the Canadian EU Mining Council, a one man, self-appointed entity with no known address, telephone number, office or Council members. A web address shows this Council with offices at Royal Bank Plaza, South Tower, 200 Bay Street Suite 3060, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2J1 CANADA and at 22, Avenue Marnixlaan, 1000 Brussels, BELGIUM, Dundee Place, One Adelaide Street East, Suite 500, P. O. Box 195, Toronto, ON M5C 2V9, Canada. T: +1 647 933 9088, F: +1 416 365 5631. None of these addresses have anyone by his name. A detailed Cshows no names of companies represented, no dates of activity and no actual references for completed work.
