I am writing this with all the documentation to prove it. This guy and his wife (Helene) will do anything to avoid paying. If you ever do any work for these people I would advise you strongly to get payment in advance. These two people proved blatantly that they will go to any degree to avoid paying people they owe money to. Firstly they will attempt to not return your call and even deny that you called them. They will even avoid emails and pretend they did not receive them. Then they will deny they owe you money outright. Then they will drag on not paying you using every excuse in the book. Send them an invoice 8 times and they still dispute it trying to avoid payment. Only after having to hire a professional to send them a registered legal letter that they will drag their feet and reluctantly pay you. Again I strongly advise anyone providing services to these two people to get payment in advance. Deadbeats !

Funny I went through the same thing with this deadbeat. He "lost my number" when it came time for payment lol.
