Mr. Somlo has caused us nothing but headaches right from the start of our Microfit Solar install. He started by misfiling our paper work with the OPA, we are experiencing great difficulties in getting the paperwork in the correct name despite his assurances that there would be no issues. For the last 2 months we have been attempting to get him and his company to repair 3 powerboxes to no avail, he will not return phone calls or emails and we have recently learned that he has fled the Kingston area to the Thornhill area and that leave us wondering if we will ever get the repair completed despite having a warranty with this company. I would not recommend this man or his company to anyone.
