So now this bozo calls himself a "director"? Never in my life have I met a more misguided, untruthful, wannabe-tough-guy narcissist. He likely signed up for this just to lure peope into leaving negative comments so he can attempt to sue them via his Maple Ridge lawyer 'Chen', as he seems to have a penchant and history for driving with one wheel on the high road, and the other on the easy road. His "company" used to be called "Coast Performance Restoration Inc." I paid to acquire the truth about this from the Government Agency office, and his company existed only in his head. He's a CEO of a non-existant company that has no business number, GST#, and which is not registered provincially nor federally. I don't know what sort of mental illness this guy suffers from, but there is definitely some sort of problem inside that chubby head of his. Be wary of anyone who goes through their life with lofty titles and grandoise self importance based upon nothing. Stay away from Mr. John P Patko and anyone who associates with him. He's bad news. You can now commence with your lawsuit for "slander and libel", Mr. Patko, for we've unfinished business that needs closure. Be sure to tell your shark, Mr. Chen, that I will counter-sue for luring, and will report him to the Bar. For all the hard work and out of pocket expense I did for this "man", the gratitude I get is non-payment and voice-mail threats. Good luck with your "goals", Mr.Patko. Try to remember that when you conduct yourself innappropriately in life, the resulting product is guys like me. That someone is reading this right now is, ipso facto, conducive to my point.

How to do business with someone like this? How? Lazy. Talk to much Always talk and talk and never do anything And yell to kids he hire. Why kids to hire? I do not want kids to work on my property. You say anything to him, he threaten lawsuit. Lawsuit. Lawsuit. Always lawsuit for man like him. Always. Never honest.NEVER! To be him I end my life long ago. That is the way of men in my country. Bumbalooza. Why two very good comments by 'Patrick' man? What is John P Patko's middle name? PATRICK. You see? This man need go back to his country, dig hole, climb in, never come out. I embarass to know such as he.
