Hopefully this public exposure will ensure he does not enjoy his freedom, that citizenry and police will be dogged and hold any reserve while monitoring him in any community, efforts that will see him breach and die in a 6x9

TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN POSSIBLY EXPOSED TO HIS SYPHILIS, AND OTHER STD.s, INCLUDING POSSIBLY HIV-PLEASE CONTACT PUBLIC HEALTH AND REPORT THIS, AND GET TESTED IMMEDIATELY. If they had declared this ugly waste of skin a dangerous offender in the 1980's like they should have, and incarcerated him indefinitely like they should have then none of his subsequent (s)ex and fraud crimes would have been committed. This "high risk (s)ex offender", even now, will still get out of jail in time to rape again, and he will. The judicial system still doesn't get it. These guys don't stop. They are so sick and twisted that they cannot tell right from wrong.
