WARNING! As of today(17 october 2012) John Primbas is nowhere to be found. This man scammed us of more than 5000$ His sales rep has not been paid for 2 months now. And of course, the windows we ordered never went into production.

Very bad service , I should never trust the product and never trust the contract he does, my windows arrived 3 months later, and 6 months later I cannot reach him for the missing window

End of story We finally got our money back. It appears that Mr. Primbas was the victim of a very bad sales rep. I'm quite sad that our buisiness with M. Primbas didn't go well because his product is very nice.
