Hi Sue aka Jason or Leanne---- what game are you playing...you are about as harmless as Karla Homolka!!!! Both of you have ruined quite a few families now...We will see you in court again in Sudbury on June 10th/2016 for taking $129,000.00 from a young family & leaving them broken...Unfortunately Tarion Warranty is the only one taking you to court for the third time & you still scam & prey on young people with no money to fight you. Leanne, you might look like an innocent according to some people on this site but are they blind!!!! People who do the things you did to other families will one day get their just due. Anyone reading this site be very aware of these two!

To Sue, anonymous,chemmy.....look at Sudbury Star Nov. 10,2016...ontario wide search..... unfortunately only Jason shows up but Leanne was in on all issues...you are familiar with this family? Make a quick $2000.00 by advising Crimestoppers & advising them of his whereabouts!

was to be sentenced soon in criminal court in Sudbury. Had pleaded guilty, now that he knows he is going to jail he just fired his lawyer so.....no justice yet!

Crown attorney taking Jason Coulis to criminal court. Unfortunately Leanne not charged & living the good life with her gym. Court cases being postponed due to his not being able to find a lawyer who wants to represent him! Justice is extremely slow & does not help victims of people like those two. These two should have been in jail for years.

Jason was in criminal court in December & the judge would not let him change his plea to not guilty so now he is saying he is part native/metis! In 2010, when he was charged again for fraud his defense was that he was paying for 4 children,most in University ,medical school etc. What a joke! He now is apparently working in Leanne's gym in the Windsor area for cash but of course he is saying he is not employed! He has a legal aid lawyer which he seemed to have met the morning of the court. He is asking the court to use Aboriginal rules for sentencing, he has no money & needs to support his family! What a joke, what about the family that he took $129,000. From & who also lost their land to the Credit union because of this. The courts care more about the fraudsters than the victims..this has been delayed numerous years now because of this couple who preys on people! We will see how the final outcome plays out!
