Mr Tenant
After numerous emails and phone calls, this guy still would not respond. He actually had his uninformed receptionist call back with his useless excuses. He does not care about his tenants or there comfort. I would avoid dealing with this person at all cost, as he is not a man of his word, nor is he a trustworthy business man.
