currently there are three court orders outstanding ordering him to pay his former employees. There is a 20+ year history of criminal charges and a history of scams that totals in the multi millions. There is an MFDA report #201010 calling his activities a an illegal PONZI scheme and indications of investors having lost all of their investments. This really should be a book, its incredible if he is not in jail as indicated.
