worked for this restraunt owner. One of the nastiest, cruelest, untrustworthy, abusive, and cheap to the point of of risking the health of his customers. Serves food made with the absolute cheapest ingredients for the absolute top dollar he can get. Serves food once a week for sunday brunch, vacuum seals the leftovers and then sevrves again the following week for up to 4 weeks. Mostly hires immagrants who dont know labour laws and only pays minimum wage to most employees. Never pays over time although most of his kitchen staff a forced to work way too many hours. Hours are skimmed off of pay cheques in hopes that it wont be noticed, and if the employee does notice they are ussually to afraid to say anything or ask for there money. He is a very fake person as in the public eye he can come across very pleasant and social, but anyone I have ever met who has had the displeasure of witnessing his antics behind closed doors working for him would vouch for me.
