Did not deliver the proper product, he is a thief he owes me 600$. Product arrive weeks late.

This guy is the most pathetic person I have ever seen. How can I thief like him can stay in the society!! He should be in Jail. He hired me to build a website. He confirmed that he would pay me after the website is done. We had a contract as well. After website completion, he started playing around, and for last 3 months I contacted him over 50 times to pay the balance. This guy is horrible. He owes me $1450. I am going to sue him in court. Already started talking to lawyer, and I am going to sue him for $5k (because I also need to pay lawyer fees). Report him and stay safe.
