Extremely dishonest. Doesn't do repairs or follow up and doesn't listen to tenants. It's all about paying employees low wages and keeping costs down. Horrible!

Petty, greedy, rude, sexist. Peter will do whatever he can to cheat tenants out of their money. He intimidates tenants and breaks laws to extract as much as he can. He will avoid doing repairs and make him and his employees inaccessible. A few tips for dealing with Peter: 1. If he is avoiding doing a repair, include a written request with the rent check. Cashing the check will acknowledge the receipt of the request. Better yet, withhold the check until the repairs are complete 2. Double check all housing regulations to make sure Peter is not breaking any. 3. Document all interactions with him. 4. Get as much contact information from him as possible to make it more difficult to avoid your calls (alternate phone numbers, emails etc
