This guy is a computer crook not a computer star! Called him 4 weeks ago to replace a broken screen on my mac, which he said he could not fix so I ended up buying a mac from him which was supposed to be 160 gig hard drive, 1 gig ram, in reality it was only 80 gig. Bought the computer, got home and there was no sound coming out of the speakers, called him back and told him about the problem and he refused to come out to fix it instead he sent me links to help forums on how to fix it myself which I did try and none of them worked. It took him 3 weeks to get out here to take a look after calling and arguing begging for him to please take a look at the defective laptop he sold me. When he did he said he upgraded the gig to 160 at the same time he wiped out all the information and programs including photos, dvd player programs etc.... now I cannot even play dvd's!!!!! I called him back immediately this was the same night he was here to fix it and told him and he told me I would have to reinstall all the programs myself!! Unbelievable!!! He did not fix the sound all he did was put a toothpick in the headphone jack! So here I am now I had to go buy a MacBook Pro from Best Buy and the other computer I bought off of him is useless. I would recommend that you keep your hard earned money and go buy something brand new so you don't have to go through the trouble with this con man like I did. This guy should change his company name to Computer Con
