How many people is getting scam by this richard guy before we all the people he scammed to fight back so if any of u people ready for equity lets all get together and demand to have are rights given back to us

Mr. Breslin has gone into new business ventures such as Pardons and Waivers Canada but he had over 26 complaints at the BBB so he has changes the name of his company to Dominion Pardons and Waivers. The man does not stop. Mr. Breslin is a very dishonourable human being. He should not be dealing with peoples credit cards or cash of any sort. And hiding behind family members is getting old. Expose yourself Mr. Breslin for the whatever? you are.

Richard Craig Breslin is an excon with numerous offences from incarsiration in the USA and Canada for over $5,000,000.00 and still in outstanding restitution. He uses his companies that he swindled from other people using legal falsified paperwork and uses the companies as a front for fraudlent business and for credibility.

Pardons and Waivers of Canada (owner: Richard Breslin) Felon Dominion Pardons and waivers (owner: Richard Breslin) Felon Richard Breslin hides behind the corporate veil. Corporations exist in part to shield personal assets, those assets being Mr. Breslins. Hence: Directors of his Corporations: One being his son: Pardons and Waivers of Canada, and the other director being his common-law-wife: Dominion Pardons and waivers.
