This guy is a landlord for a condo he owns in Cambridge and he is absolutely useless. I would put him in a category of slum landlord. He does not care for his tenant, only wants the money and has no regard for his building unit. There has been hot water issues, furnace/air conditioning not working properly, he has never changed his mailing address so mail is still coming to his tenant and he has not even given his tenant an address or phone number to be able to contact him.
