This guy has several companies. All of them are questionable at best as far as I can tell. They have one phone number for all companies -healthcare, home builder, renovator. He never actually answers the phone, he lets it go to voicemail so he knows who is calling. I would never hire him for anything.

Roman runs Excelsior Homes, says he is a "high end custom home builder" He is a fraudster who runs a chain of clinics who defraud insurance companies. Nothing but scammers
