Do a google search on her full name "Selina She Yin Tsui", and see what comes up. An article in "The Province" from 2011 is a start. This person only escaped successful prosecution because a certain matter was settled out of court, and her "patients" were allegedly afraid to testify. She has had many cases against her going back to around the year 2000, essentially due to her being a fake "healer".

The government says between 2000 and 2004, Tsui told at least a dozen people she was qualified to diagnose and treat diseases, including mental conditions, when in fact she had no formal training. One of her clients, identified only as E.L., began taking a concoction she believed contained mushrooms and herbs, but had extreme arsenic levels, and she suffered respiratory and renal failure, cardiac arrest and paralysis. She was taken to hospital, put on life support and given a five per cent chance of survival, but her life was eventually saved.
