Stephen Headley works for Hendra Partners, he and his partner Sandra De Leon, have taken $550,000 of investment from our company and was suppose to fund our project. They have not proformed in over 12 months. They signed the funds would be 100% returned with no litigation required should they not be able to fund our project within 3-5 business days. Our attorney requested legally our funds back and we have not received our funds not our initial investment back. Do not invest money with this company, they do not proform. Legal action is underway to prevent them from doing this kind of business in the future. Both Civil and Criminal charges are being filed.
