Vasyl himself got 2-3 permanent professional workers whom he is not willingly paying. Also hiring guys for cash, hiring only guys with no papers/permits, because then it is very easy not to pay them and to disappear. Hiring people from country of his origin who is here to earn a bit. The job he does(not he actually) is good but only when he is paying to his permamanent employees. When he does not pay them- they refuse to work properly. Guy himself doing nothing except finding job sites and ripping off employees/pissing off customers. The guy shows off everywhere how succsessful he is(driving leased mercedes, visiting several events, posting photos to internet) except when it is about solving financial issues. But when it is- he becomes not so succsessfull as he shows off, finds lots of excuses for everything. The guy can stop the job halfway and refuse to do it when his customer asks to fix something. No money refund policy. If you deal with this guy- be careful. Do not give him money in advance. I would not trust him. This guy still owes me. But he just disappeared and hides.

Please avoid working with this guy. He owes a lot of money to his employees and they don`t want to finish work for him. You`ll have to pay twice in the end of the day as you`ll have to hire other people. Quality of work was awful, we had to redo all work done by his workers.
