I have been working with him not for long. He is the worst boss I ever had in my life. Really Worst!!! Reasons: He always tries to abuse people, especially immigrant and student. Why because they need money. I have seen so many employees went away in every department. He is never satisfied with the work of everyone. One day he even yells at his wife in the restaurant and she cried. After several months we discovered he was stealing our tips, and he is supposed to be the boss. Big Liar as he thinks he is always right and will stay right no matter what happened. He argues for simple things just to feel good. He always cheats the recipe from the head office standard, e.g. adding egg white in the muffin mixture or adding water in the lemon cream or sugar pie cream. Besides all this he tries to fool people with his smile in the restaurant. We had so many complaints with the customer when they see his attitude. My colleagues stuttered in front of him. Once he does not have the last word you are fired. One time in a party one of his employee take him a picture and show this to other friends besides him, when they watched it they laugh, (don`t know why) he fire the guy right away in the party. That’s how he gets his respect. I have been working there for less than a year. I wander those who have been there for years. But I know some old women who always complain but they just don’t want to move as they are not sure to find another job. Anyway VINCENT GRIET is the worst leader ever.
