Took forever to get my windows installed. Over 4 months to be delivered (suppose to be 2 months delay), and I had to finish the job myself. The owner never answered the phone. I had to use a private number to reach him. Nice Product but not worth dealing with a fraudulent company like this. I don't recommand.

Our experience with Primcor is a nightmare. We've spent a lot of money on down-payment (50%) for our windows and thought they'd be delivered on time. I have to admit their windows are beautiful. But they're manufactured in Greece and the owner of the company has no control over the delays. It's been more than 5 months that we've placed order, the due date was 2.5 months ago and not even half of the job is done. The frames were installed badly, and we're still waiting for the thermos and the rest of the installation. Every time you get to speak with a representative they come up with an excuse saying it'll all be taken care of soon... It's a real hassle to deal with Primcor and I would never recommend that company to a friend.

This company took my money and never delivered what they were suppose to provide me (patio door and windows). They operate without legal permits and they are fraudulent.
