Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, an Alberta company was awarded a contract with PEMEX for a $1.9 Million USD 9-month service-related project in one of PEMEX€™s main regions. BIDMEXICO introduced this company to PEMEX, finding this project for them to suit their needs, arranging all contacts and meetings, helping them through the process of qualifying for the project without necessity of a tender, and guiding them through all necessary negotiations up to the signing of the contract. This project began in September 2006 and is ongoing.
Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, an Alberta company with products in the oil and gas sector is working with 2 Refineries and 3 of the main regions of PEMEX, to bring their technology to Mexico. BIDMEXICO introduced this company to PEMEX, and continues to arrange contacts and meetings to convince PEMEX that the existing technology they are using is inefficient, more expensive in the long term, and that they should change their specs to require this new technology.

Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, a top Alberta educational institution in information technology has set up a school in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Students began their first semester there in August 2006 with programs in 3-D computer Animation and Design and Motion Graphics. Enrollment is now complete for the school€™s second semester in Mexico, with the addition of a third program in Software Development MCSD.NET.

BIDMEXICO has identified a manufacturer in Mexico for a British Columbia-based producer of exercise and yoga clothing. Samples have been received and negotiations are underway for production.
BIDMEXICO has identified a manufacturer in Mexico for an Alberta-based producer of soccer clothing. Samples have been received and negotiations are underway for production.
BIDMEXICO has identified a manufacturer in Mexico for an Alberta-based producer of Tanks and Vessels in the Oil and Gas sector so that this company may transfer a portion of their production to Mexico.
Business Development

BIDMEXICO completed, under contract, the Business Plan and Feasibility Study for a Mexican food production and distribution company to be based out of Edmonton. The Business Plan and Feasibility Study were completed in October of 2006, and the company is in the process of being established.
BIDMEXICO provided assistance in the translation of language and business culture to a Canadian company for an audit of their Mexican mining operations partner in January 2007.
In partnership with a Canadian Developer, BIDMEXICO is raising private equity in Mexico for type B development in central and coastal Mexico (ongoing).
In partnership with an Albertan investor, BIDMEXICO is negotiating the license and the structure for an Edmonton-based Soccer Development Centre to train children from 8 to 18 years of age in the professional soccer methodology of one of Mexico€™s top soccer teams. The school is expected to be launched in June 2007 and to be followed in subsequent years by Soccer Development Centres in other Canadian cities.

· BIDMEXICO is finalizing an agreement to transfer production of furniture for an Albertan company to a Mexican manufacturer specially selected by BIDMEXICO, so that the Albertan company can reduce its production costs while securing quality, taking advantage of NAFTA€™s elimination of tariffs in 2003. BIDMEXICO will continue as a consultant for the Albertan company to facilitate communications between the two companies.
· BIDMEXICO has identified an interested major Mexican distributor for an Albertan company in the Medical Cleaning and Disinfection sector with which BIDMEXICO works in partnership. Details of distribution are currently under discussion.
· BIDMEXICO has begun work for an Alberta software consulting company. We have identified a large multi-national distributor that wants to use their database documentation software product for all future relevant jobs.
· BIDMEXICO has identified a potential central distributor for an Albertan agri-foods company that already has a contract with a retail company established all over Mexico.
