B. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
o Liaison between client and team of contractors, engineers and suppliers
o Closer and accurate construction monitoring as well as site visits
o Monitoring completion schedule and developing deficiencies/ completion list
o Contractors project cost breakdown evaluation and monthly billing assessment/payment
C. COMMISSIONING OF SYSTEMS, INTEGRATION AND START-UP SCHEDULING
o Preparation of Testing Formats – Factory and Site Acceptance tests (FAT - SAT)
o Leading Commissioning - Verification stage and coordination between parties
o Commissioning/ SCADA Verifications and Start-up scheduling
D. TRAINING PERSONNEL ON COMPLETED PROJECTS
o In Class Training for management, technicians, and operators on completed projects
o Preparation of Handouts
o Writing Operation Manual for operators
