This company uses excellent local sub contactors and has no employees. Anyone poorly rating this company has no knowledge of its operations. I know personally that every client of Frapco has been thrilled with the value they have received. Only one of Frapco's houses were flooded by the 150 year flood. This was still owned by Frapco at the time! I suspect negative comments are from competitors. This site has no control over it's rating input and should not be used to find a quality builder.

Tu as raison Jean, on devrait se méfier des maisons de Frapco. elles sont sur des terrains inondables. plusieurs de ses maison invendues ont été sous l'eau avec la grande inondation. faîtes attention

Great reno!
Frapco did great work on my renovations in Montreal. All I can say is that it has been very comforting to have them work on our project. I love land of free for its anonymous reviews. I am very surprised to see that bad reviews of Frapco are posted here. I guess that is why it is anonymous :)

C'est à se demander si les derniers commentaires n'ont pas été écrits par le constructeur lui-même vu la mauvaise qualité de ses maisons et du service de m.... La preuve en est que Frapco a toujours 3 ou 4 maisons neuves invendues depuis 2008 ! C'est à mourir de rire. Allez donc voir le site Frapco.com.
