Investors in BC
This company aggressively campaigned for investors in or about 2007 through other cash flow groups, e.g. Darren Week's Fast Track to Cashflow progam. The model they presented regarding pay units seemed to be sound. As the years progressed, they reported issues with their marketing affiliations and subsequently reported losses due to legalities of handling lawsuits. All this time, they still campaigned for investors even when their boat was sinking. In a last ditch effort to resolve legal issues, they requested $25 more from each of investors to fund legal expenses. They went insolvent in 2011 - leaving investors in the dust with only an email saying this is the end, and goodbye. When I invested with them and signed their contract, they never even gave me written acknowledgment or receipt of funds or a copy of the signed contract until I asked. I was supposed to own a pay unit - they never gave me a serial number or a service number or any reference whatsoever saying that I was in a queue to be serviced. They took my money and gave me verbal assurance that it was still there. I was left with a feeling of being duped and maybe I was. I waited from 2007 to 2011 for development. In 2009 or 2010, updates regarding financial troubles started to come in then finally an emailed update informing me of pending insolvency. There was no offer of recompense for my investment. Like their company, my money went straight down the drain. To date, they still owe me my investment. Will I ever see my money again? Probably not, and it was a valuable lesson for me. I will remember these persons' names though for their mismanagement of my hard-earned money. Do I believe they are bad people? No. I believe they are inexperienced business handlers without respect for their creditors. mPowertec - do the right thing and return the money you took from your investors. Then grow from this experience.
