site.

initial team selection and training.

Study/Feasibility - Terms of Confidentially
CPC Corporate policy is such that all content of any Study or
Feasibility is held in strict confidence and only released to
Public or Private Sector Client.
Release of all or any part of findings/recommendations to parties
other than the Client must be requested, in writing, by the
contracted Client.
If CPC provides sourcing for funding of such Study/Feasibility
it
is the responsibility of the Client to negotiate such release of
information to the financial provider in advance of contractual
agreement and advise CPC accordingly.
International Pharmaceutical Evaluation and Systems
Implementation
Initial undertaking is headed by Project Director who is
responsible
for determining Project Feasibility: a) observation of infrastructure,
b) pre-feasibility plan,
c) budget requirements, and
d) time frame to accommodate completion.
The goal must be achievable and the results lasting.
Once data related to Project is accumulated, the Business Plan is
developed and individual components are identified. These
factors will determine the Team required to accommodate those
priorities if need be.
One member of the team relates to direct issues of scope of
service: a) pharmacy planning.
b) pharmacy product selection,
c) packaging and safe handling of drugs,
d) home health care, and
e) drug information centres.
Another member of the team is responsible for providing technical
expertise for project preparation: a) evaluation of existing communication systems and procedures,
b) manual or computer system engineering,
c) inventory control setup,
d) computer / manual system for project analysis and follow-up.
Another member of the team relates to training and education
issues within the scope of service.
These issues are: a) pharmacy continuing education programs,
b) prescription user information workshop and
c) continual internal systems review, (monitoring follow-up)
The Project Director in conjunction with team members provide
interaction with site personnel and criteria to monitor and
improve operations on a continual basis. Follow-up is paramount
to allow project completion and ensure systems maintenance.
Additional Managerial and Support staff is sourced at site to
provide best possible exposure for future implementation and
training.
The Project Director, after project completion provides review of
all aspects of project and if required continues to monitor
progress until project reflects long term success.
