Pydee Engineering Co. Ltd has been serving the industry since 1931 and was incorporated in 1946, specializing in design, layout, distribution, manufacturing, sales, installation and service of material handling equipment and related products, custom, structural and miscellaneous metal fabrication and machining.
We also have 30 years experience in millwrighting, plant relocations, equipment installations and regular maintenance contracting and maintenance shutdowns. Pydee Engineering employs qualified tradesmen including millwrights, welders, ironworkers, boilermakers, pipefitters, carpenters and electricians.
Other areas of specialty also include: a) Cranes, hoists - design, fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning, load testing, inspection, service and certification. Include bridge cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes, manual and electric hoists.
b) Material handling - in house plant layout, process/ product/ material flow analysis and recommendations, equipment relocations and installations, design and fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning, inspection, service, and parts for monorails and conveyors.
c) Engineering - in house and contracted mechanical, structural and civil design for specialized equipment, conveyors, cranes, hoist, monorails.
d) Doors - high speed roll-up doors, overhead doors, cooler doors, freezer doors, inspection, service, maintenance and parts.
e) Docks- supply and install dock levelers, dock seals, dock bumpers.
f) Steel - structural and miscellaneous, fabrication, guards, platforms, catwalks. Machine shop and machinists.
Our plant is CWB certified and Pydee Engineering has a Quality program in accordance with CSA B51 and the Manitoba Steam and Pressure Plant Act. We are a recognized company in crane manufacturing, load test certification and crane maintenance as per CSA B167-96 and the CMAA guidelines.
Pydee Engineering has been audited by the Manitoba Construction Safety Association and has received COR Certification # 12109-03.
