Unfortunately, I am a very dissatisfied tenant who made the mistake of choosing to live in an apartment building owned by Stacy Driscall. Numerous problems in unit since I moved in. Currently the middle of winter and only 15-17 degrees each day in my unit yet Mr. Driscoll continues to refuse repeated requests to turn up the heat. Overall an extremely unpleasant, stressful (and very cold) experience living here. Not recommended.
