The company is set up as a dummy corporation with Miziwe Biik the parent company controlling the financial day to day operations. Board members that sit on Miziwe Biik also sit on Thunderbird as well as the Executive Director Nancy Martin for Miziwe Biik sits on the Thunderbird Centre board, which should ultimately be a direct conflict of interest. As a result due to financial miss management Thunderbird Centre fires two employees.
