The CONNECTâ„¢ system can also be integrated into any XML compliant open standards based system€”including a number of ERP packages. In addition, we are currently developing web service interfaces based on the latest HR-XML standards. These standards offer a standard suite of XML specifications to facilitate e-business and automate human resources-related data exchanges, including job postings, candidate profiles and resume distribution. Through HR-XML standards, organizations can transact with each other without the need to establish, engineer, and implement many separate interchange mechanisms.
