I worked for them for 2 months. They didn't pay me for the first three weeks, and then gave me a bogus cheque that bounced. According to the bank, the account was closed down ages ago. Then the owner claimed he was defrauded. I was roped along for 2 months and never saw a dime. They had me calling numbers in the phone book and try to sell marketing products to local companies. They targeted small, independent businesses and got them to pay in advance for advertising. Then they changed their phone number. At one point I, an employee, was on the phone to the owner of a pizza parlour, and we were both discussing how we were ripped off. The poor owner was out thousands, it broke my heart. After I left they promised to pay me a week later all that they owed. I went to their place of business and discovered that they had moved in the night. According to the building managers they hadn't paid their rent there. These are the facts and my personal experience, judge as you will. I went to the labour board and reported them. They are pursuing the owner. I can see there is also a report on them on the BBB. I don't suppose they are still operating under this name I discovered the owner has had 'many' companies.
