MREL manufactures FIXORâ„¢ binary explosive, which is a Class 3 flammable, based explosive. It has been designed to replace the use of plastic explosives and block TNT as traditional de-mining and UXO explosive charges.
MREL manufactures three sizes of AquaRamâ„¢ tactical disrupters for neutralizing Improvised Explosive Devices (IED). Utilizing MREL€™s proprietary binary explosive FIXORâ„¢, the AquaRamâ„¢ tactical disrupter creates a precision jet of explosively driven water to disrupt the IED switch without sympathetic detonation. Currently deployed with the CF in Afghanistan and civilian law enforcement agencies in Canada and the United States, the AquaRamâ„¢ Max, Mini and Micro tactical disrupters provide Bomb Technicians and EOD specialists with a maximum number of solutions from a minimum number of tools.

MREL is the exclusive world wide distributor of the Blaster€™s Ranger and Blaster€™s Troubleshooter. MREL has developed Blaster€™s MAS, which is powerful and easy-to-use motion analysis software for Windows 95 and later. It has been designed specifically for those researchers who would like to obtain quantitative information from their high-speed or regular-speed videos.
