I totally concur with the previous review. Unfortunately, this company was recommended to us but proved to be slow. over budget and the owner was quickly angered when asked to account for billing, time and project management. I would never use this company again, nor would I ever recommend it to a friend. However, the work that was done by the employees was to code and decent. One carpenter in particluar, was very competent. I don't think he works for them anymore. Unfortunately, the owner/employer was unpleasant to deal with and easily angered. He did not hold to his budget, did not complete the work, and overcharged. Ultimately, the person who initially recommended this company, later apologized as they, too, had significant issues with the follow up for services by the owner.

I contracted this company to renovate my family home and was incredibly happy with their quality of workmanship as well as their professionalism and honesty. I am shocked to find a bad review of them on this site and feel compelled to share my feelings about them. I cannot imagine someone giving this company a bad review. I hope they continue to do excellent work and don't pay any attention to the bad review on this site.

We contracted this company for a renovation job. The work they did was fine but of course late and over budget. Attention to detail was missing as was communication - they were too busy. They won't/don't operate with contract and are easily offended when asked for invoices to prove expenses. After having a meeting about overages, we were given 2 days to pay what was not an agreed upon amount or a lien was threatened. My advice is the work this company does is fine, if you don't mind waiting and paying more htan what was agreed to. The home owner has no rights unless you wish to pursue legal activity which will cost as much as the overage. Writing reviews might be the only recourse but word of mouth speaks volumes and perhaps the company will lose out on the amount that was in dispute in the long term.
