We are an employee-owned, independent company. We have no corporate affiliations that would compromise our ability to provide independent advice to our clients regarding downstream project work. We have established an active and successful transaction advisory practice that advises our clients on the value of professionalism and transparency and we have brought those principles fully on board in our own dealings with clients and partners alike.
North American Practice: In 2006, the North American Practice was formally created as a division of CPCS and operates with its own dedicated team. This has allowed CPCS to better respond to the specific needs of clients in North America and to develop a depth of experience specific to this market. The Practice continues to draw on CPCS€™s Global experience and experts as needed.
In a short period of time, CPCS€™ North American Practice has established itself as market leader. We continue to bolster our presence and team in this market in response to a growing volume of work. Since 2006, we have completed over 50 assignments for both public and private sector clients. Public sector clients include municipal, provincial and federal governments as well as agencies. Private sector clients have included port operators, Class 1 Railways and other logistics providers as well as private debt and equity investors.
