Hired his company, received zero customer support, I had to contact them , they did not return calls,emails. Cancel my account with them took them 5 weeks to give me a basic accounting, I asked for a phone to be found and IF the # couldn't be found then I'd do a background check.they at no time called/emailed me and said we can't find the # should we proceed with the background! they just did it?after 7weeks they gave the bbb a more detailed accounting and then told them info they had found out ( very minor a bankruptcy and traffic violations) and tried to imply they found out the person had gotten married I guess they forgot I told them that. According to their accounting they stopped working on it Dec,20,2013 so why would it take them until Feb,13,2014 to tell me the info that I had paid for. I asked them they refused to answer. I since had a retired cop from the Bay Area look into it in less then a hour he new about the person going to court charging someone with assault, how it was staid, since their was no evidence. Perhaps if you are a big client spending a lot of $ they care but for a simple account for$1000.00 they could care less. When you call they TELL YOU the client to call back.
