I have known Rob for several years and can personally vouch for his dedication to the community, and determination and willingness to provide the best quality service on the job. His staff fully appreciate the way he puts them first, such as his working long hours so that staff has time off with family when it matters most. A truly great guy.

Robert Moutray is a terrible individual, I would compare him to a snake in the grass. Anyone who has worked with him and had the unfortunate opportunity to have him as their manager at the Sandman Hotel would vouch for this. Before his dismissal, he used intimidation, verbal abuse, and fear to coach his staff. He presents himself a certain way to the public whereas those who have truly seen Rob's behaviour, know how terrible of an individual he truly is.
