Dealt with SB before -- experience very pessimistic! Doubt SB will find work in same field as last one. Unfortunately, some corporations look for such characters to defeat union & employee financial purposes. SB is very anti-union, therefore, anti-social. SB dismisses union/employee contractural clauses -- such attitude only shows arrogance & intolerance thus impeding effective social interaction. Don't hire this guy...it'll be at your loss!!

* Bower is high strung * Bower is not on the look out for the best interest of the employee * Bower tends to display paranoia toward employees that are entitled to their financial pacakages * Bower is not a people person * Bower has & still is upsetting many employees by displaying an attitude of superiority * Bower leaves employees feeling powerless & helpless * Bower is in the wrong field of employment * Bower would be more suitable to do debt collecting or garbage pick-up work * Bower is not a team player * Bower does not possess a designation as a Human Resource Generalist * Bower's education does not meet the standard of expectation set out in his present employment * Bower is unpleasant to deal with * Bower has self-grandiose ideas as to what he thinks he is * Bower only represents his own agenda * Bower's behavior borders the likes of jailed professionals who have committed management fraud * Bower ought to never be at the helm of management of any type * Bower has two sides he is compelled to choose from: us or them

Joe Stras

SB is a bitter individual & has no skills to work in a people workplace. He is best suited to work alone, by himself so he doesn't learn to hate more people or become hated by them. Henniges taught him all whom he hates. Or should I say, he allowed himself to let Henniges to do so to him.

SB is misleading & is misguided He doesn't work with the rules/regulations of the establishement He's 'shafted' anyone he could out of anything possible because he's paranoid & cynical At Henniges he was known as 'bitterman', moodyboy & miseryfag. Thinking about hiring him? Do yourself, your business & your subordinates a favour & throw his trashy resume in the the garbage
