This person is a business man with a heart. I understand better today, with maturity, that public persons like him retain the secret of their private life. Jean-François Courcy impressed me with his gesture leading to the conservation of the natural habitats of the Mont Saint-Hilaire Biosphere Reserve, the first of the reserves designated in Canada by UNESCO. This important donation to the UNESCO Reserve made sure this natural habitats will be perpetually protected. Furthermore, this donation has literally contributed to increase the protection zone of the Biosphere Reserve former delimitations. We can't put aside that these 2.6 hectares of woodland are the habitat of several rare species, one of which is endangered. He is a Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary Club International) and has always contributed to several charities; He was honorary president, donor and involved in several fundraisers for various community organizations. He has volunteered for several causes, such as Opération Enfant Soleil. The prestigious Paul Harris Fellow Award is the highest honor that a Rotary Club can award to a person, whether a member or a non-member. This honor is given to exceptional people who have offered their community, their nation or the world an exceptional gesture, a service first! Mr. Courcy is also a donor for the TD Friends of the Environment foundation, which, in addition to funding local environmental projects, mobilizes volunteers and communities to participate in meaningful greening projects. Jean-François Courcy is a real help to the community.

Mister Courcy is a proud father and a successful business man. He is recognized from his peer has an intelligent, generous and fair man. For a man who runs powerful corporations, he has managed to remain himself and available to his family and friends. I am very proud to work for Mr Courcy and hope to become an achieved man like him.
