We were dealing with Omar for our order last Sep of 2011; the store manager wasnt able to help us he was called in to come and help us.

i had visited this clinic about 5 months ago and i had absolutely no problems. i went in just to inquire and was greeted by a very kind lady, she checked my coverage for me and we booked an appointment to see the doctor the following day as he was not in that evening. after my appointment i paid and the gentleman at the front printed claim forms for me and i filled it out right there. he even gave me an envelope addressed and stamped so i could mail it out immediately. i would go back they get 2 thumbs up from me.

Met Dr. Omar Mansoury at a Clinic in Westwood Mall. He took money for customer orthotics and said he would process the Claims. I havent got the product nor my Money. Its been 6 months and he keeps ignoring my calls. He gave me a refund chque which bounced and later my account got freezed due to his fraudulent check. Keep away from this guy, is my humble recommendation

FRAUD alert ! . Had a terrible experience here. Once you give your insurance to them, they will use it all up, Billed me for orthotics and asked me to pay first.. The person sitting at the reception IS A FRAUD. Stay away from them. He said that he would do the paperwork for my insurance claim, and use up my benefits. They blocked my number afterwards. They are scammers. They do cheat with insurance companies and they do cheat with their poor customers.that is not even a chiropractor, and a big FRAUD, . If you are not satisfied with what they tell, then they will rude ask you to leave or be satisfied with whatever you get. Ask around in MALTON. Everyone knows .before you go
