Sandra De Leon and Stephen Headley have failed to conduct business in a professional manner. Legal, (both civil and criminal charges) have been filed against both in USA and Canada. They have taken funds and failed to proform nor send funds back over a 12 month period of time. USA secret service is investigating to see if ponzi scheme activity is taking place. My advice is do not send any funds to these people.
