This man is a fraud. He goes hopping around rental housing to another destroying units. If he gets caught, he changes his address to his landlords address or the previous address lived in. He put his business address as his "previous" residential address. His favourite address is 1780 boul. Henri-bourassa. Also, he steals equipments, fittings within rental housing when he gets the chance. If you catch him, he'll make an excuse by saying, "I threw it out or the old renter said he was his." Most importantly, he doesn't own a business. His company does not exist within the federal government database nor the REQ. There is no trace behind his company, nothing but a fake address the good ol' "1780 Henri-Bourassa suit 34." Definitely that address belongs to one of his relatives or friends. Somehow he is showing that he has a business licence and has no business yet able to claim he is bankrupt and collecting social funds from the government. Furthermore, he will break everything around the house if you or someone get on his nerves. Everything his gets on his nerves if he doesn't make profit in a residential housing which he is renting out. This psychopath finds pleasure in other peoples misery regardless of situation. The man is a snake. He will butter-talk you and manipulate you faster than you can think. He will backstab you if you let your guard down. This man destroys the true nature of "land of the free." He's sucking blood money from the country.
