The only way to describe him is "Napoleon Complex" Changes his mind like he changes underwear. He may know how to run a rental company but does not know how to run a production/photo studio. Uses people for knowledge and replaces them with lower waged employees. Replaces Canadian workers with US workers without proper documentation. Extremely dishonest and never gives feedback or constructive criticism. He has lost or let go many talented individuals due to lack of respect for them.
