He has come a long way and worked very hard for numerous years. He also employs lots of people in Ottawa, Toronto area and Quebec .

This man has bipolar anger problems. You can hear him yell from one side of a building to another when hes angry, which is always. Completely unprofessional. Probably one of the worst companies/people I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Bit of a chauvinist, referred to female staffers as "those stupid b**ches at reception". No idea how this company is still.around with the HORRIBLE management\complete lack of leadership. Very toxic workplace, we've had new hires quit because of how negatuve everyone is. That negativity all comes from him, every employee is paralyzed from fear of losing their jobs. That fear is justified since Tony regularly fires entire departments if anything isnt working out like he thought. This ceases creativity and motivation in the office. Anyway, if you ever think about working for Laurier Optical, DON'T.
