the owner is sarcastic and angry about working for his clients. his boats were not managed well and sent out with non functioning equipment with his knowledge. he is surly and not a people person in any way. he did not communicate necessary information needed for the safety of his clients and was not available when needed. when finally found, he was angry at being asked for help. he spoke to clients in an immature and unprofessional manner.
