Legend Power Systems Inc. The Electrical Harmonizer can be used to reduce consumption of
electrical power on a large scale. The larger units will
minimize power consumption for facilities as large as an entire
shopping mall or office tower.
The Harmonizer is installed in series with a facility's main
electrical incomer, at the 480/600 volt level. It requires
only the adaptation of the present 3 phase wiring to that of
the 3 phase wiring on either side of the Electrical Harmonizer
device, along with the installation of the electrical panel box
which contains the Harmonizer device.
The unit is provided for no upfront cost, through a performance
based approach, to all large energy consumers who
meet the qualifications for the Legend Power installation
program. Through this approach, the measured and documented
savings are shared between the Legend and the customer. This
requires no large outlay of capital on the part of the
customer's company, and eliminates risk. Legend Power also
offers a direct sale,lease, and lease to purchase program.
Once a company meets the qualification criteria, a unit will be
ordered for the specific power requirements of the facility,
based on Peak kilowatt Demand and monthly kwh consumed.
It will be built, shipped and installed within 90 days, to
allow customers to begin accumulating their electrical and
maintenance cost savings immediately.

Legend Power Systems Inc. (LPSI) and BLJC installed Electrical Harmonizers in the Canada Post facilities in Vancouver and Victoria.
Based on pre-installation audits the Vancouver facility installed two 1,500 amp Electrical Harmonizers, which were installed on the A and B distribution circuits ahead of the distribution panels, and the Victoria facility installed one 400 amp Electrical Harmonizer.
These buildings were 'Power Smarted' by BC Hydro prior to the installation and both buildings still generated significant savings. The results of these installations were verified by a third party consultant.
Since the installation of the Electrical Harmonizer the following results have been achieved and will be persistent into the future: Vancouver

Since the installation of the Electrical Harmonizers at the Canada Post buildings in Vancouver and Victoria on January 2004 and December 2003 respectively the facilities electrical distribution systems have operated with optimized efficiency.
