Previous employee

Intasco corporation has serious internal communication issues among management and staff. The workers are controlled with scare tactics and passive aggressive behaviors. Finger pointing and public humiliation are the chosen methods used to gain loyalty from employees. They don't encourage growth, and don't want to share success. I wouldn't recommend working there or supporting a company that is so discriminatory.
