Took an equity position in this manufacturing plant that exports 90% of its products to Porto Rico, USA, Italy, Denmark, Israel and Central America.They manufacture customized tropical wood products such as, mouldings, panelling, decks, and other products for decoration.
Our role is to support the company in its expansion towards new export markets, reorganizing their administration and finances for growth, and improving their production capabilities.

Became a partner in this location-based services company that offers tracking, monitoring and telemetry services. This was the result of a two-year planning and market development program established with the partners of the company to bring this project to fruition
Telecom Contracting and Project Management (Tekcon Contractors)
Installation of 220 km underground fiber optical cables for Telemig's Network (Cellco from Minas Gerais), with a Canadian contractor in association with a Brazilian contractor, pioneering Canadian mechanical and non-destructive construction methods and knowhow in Brazil , which gave this new contracting team a productivity rate 5 times higher than the installation rate of all other Brazilian telecom contractors.
