We are a full custom machine shop, from a one off to production run batches. We can do product design cad drawings right through to a completed part. We have manual lathes from 10" to 48" chuck ranges plus mills with 24"x 96" table size. On our cnc lathes we have 10" chucks 3" bores and cnc mills with 4th axis 10" chucks and capacities of 30"x20"x16". On one cnc mill we have high pressure coolant supply of 1250 psi to enable us to deep hole drill at extreme high speeds and feeds (7/16"drill in 4130 nace mat'l at 1" per second).
We also have a full complement of welders from fabrication to B pressure.
