We provided an IP address for the authors to upload their work from all around the world. Our job involved editing and encoding all video and audio files for TV format; the production of a fully interactive DVD video with menus/sub-menus and opening animations; and the debugging of the final product before the authoring of the master copy for DVD duplication. In this project the time-line management and collaboration skill are vital for the successful completion of the project on time and satisfactory to all parties.
